Warranty

All Rhyno products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults. The body and lid of the barbecue and the cast iron and porcelain cooling surfaces and grids are guaranteed against rust or burning through in normal use, other than cosmetic wear and tear (minor chips and dents). Please check the individual range pages for the length of warranty that applies to your model.

Our extended warranty does not cover accidental damage or faults caused by improper use, cleaning or storage. The warranty does not apply to damage or rust caused by misuse, modifications, neglect, failure to assemble in accordance with our directions or a lack of normal routine maintenance. Severe weather incidents such as hurricanes and exposure to salt water or chlorine from the sea or swimming pools are not covered by the terms of this warranty. Commercial use of Rhyno products, including use in rental properties will also invalidate the warranty.

Maintenance

For best results and to ensure you remain within the limitations of the warranty, your barbecue should regularly be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for damage or defects.

After use allow to cool completely. Brush any carbonised deposits from the inside of the lid and the cooking grates using a steel bristle brush.

Lift out the cooking grates and the heat deflectors to give access to the burners. These should be carefully brushed to remove debris and especially spider webs that can block the burners.

Any accumulated grease or leftover food particles that have dropped into the base or become trapped should scraped from the inside of the barbecue.

The removable grease tray should be cleaned of excess grease and wiped clean.

Finally, the outer surfaces of the barbecue should be washed with a solution of detergent and warm water, rinsed and dried completely before re-assembly of the barbecue for storage or use.

Routinely check the hose for signs of damage or deterioration and if in doubt, do not use the barbecue until a new hose has been fitted.

Claims

Should you discover a manufacturing fault within the extended warranty period, we guarantee to replace or repair your barbecue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
